  • 4 ounces Low-fat cream cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh berries (such as blueberries or raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Walnuts, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Roll out the whole wheat puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth any creases. Cut it into 8 equal squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
