  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Warm the skim milk in a small saucepan over low heat until it's just warm to the touch, about 110°F. Remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, water, instant yeast, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir to dissolve and let it sit for 5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes foamy.

Add the unsweetened applesauce, egg whites, the remaining honey, salt, and avocado oil to the yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly.
