  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry
  • 1 Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the beef, searing it on all sides until browned and then remove it from the pot.

In the same pot, add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
