  • 1 tablespoon Low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 4 pieces Whole grain buns

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
