  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 leaves Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 10 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large stockpot, bring 10 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Step 2

Add the Old Bay seasoning, lemon halves, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns to the water. Squeeze the lemon juice into the water before adding the lemons. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
