Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Slice the strawberries thinly and set aside.

In a medium-sized saucepan, pour 1 cup of pomegranate juice and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the surface. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes to let the gelatin bloom.
