  • 2 pounds lean beef chuck roast

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Directions

Step 1

Spray a large skillet with cooking olive oil spray and heat over medium-high heat.

Rub the lean beef chuck roast with salt, ground black pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika.

Brown the beef on all sides in the hot skillet for about 6-8 minutes.
