  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 slices Low-fat cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 tablespoon Sodium-reduced soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the extra lean ground beef or ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, sodium-reduced soy sauce, and ground black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
