Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Egg white
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
