  • 50 grams Lean ham

  • 1 handful Baby spinach leaves

  • 1 pinch Oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Slice the fresh tomato into thin rounds and set aside.

Lay out the two slices of whole grain bread on a flat surface.

Evenly layer the ham onto one of the slices of bread.
