Directions

Step 1

Take the grass-fed beef sirloin steaks out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, ground black pepper, sea salt, and fresh rosemary leaves to create a marinade.
