  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0 Salt, to taste (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground turkey and beef, breaking them apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
