  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, black pepper, and sea salt to make a marinade.
