Ingredients

  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 1 light spray Olive oil spray
  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil spray.

Step 2

Add the turkey bacon to the skillet. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

While the bacon is cooking, toast the whole grain bread slices to your liking.
