  • 150 grams Blanched almonds
  • 3 large Egg whites
  • 60 grams Honey
  • 80 milliliters Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon zest
  • 20 grams Sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat pastry flour and almond meal with a pinch of sea salt.

Add extra virgin olive oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until crumbly.
