  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by thoroughly washing and drying the Romaine lettuce and kale leaves. Once dry, roughly chop the Romaine and finely chop the kale into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
