Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Skinless boneless chicken breast

  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 4 pieces Whole grain tortillas
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, mix the chipotle powder, olive oil, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are well coated.
