  • 500 grams Raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, diced
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the prawns under cold running water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
