  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Rub the seasonings evenly over the chicken and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
