  • 10 ounces Whole wheat or multi-grain tortellini
  • 2 cups Spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
