  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat pita bread
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 piece Cucumber, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into 1.5-inch cubes and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
