  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole Lime, cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Trim any excess fat from the chicken breast and slice it into thin, bite-sized strips.
