  • 4 pieces whole grain wraps
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onion
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1
