Preheat the grill or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Divide the chicken mixture into four equal parts and shape into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Lightly brush the pan or grill with olive oil. Cook the patties for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and they are no longer pink inside.
While the patties are cooking, slice the tomato and red onion and set aside. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice.
