Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Low sodium anchovy paste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.

Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture and place them on the heated grill.
