  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime

  • 4 slices fresh pineapple rings
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup sliced onion

Directions

Step 1

Start by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.
