  • 1 cup Low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash, and pat dry.

Place the cauliflower florets in a large baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
