Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean ground beef
  • 100 grams low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams oats

  • 50 grams spinach

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
