Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole grain croissants
  • 4 slices Reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Low-sodium deli ham
  • 1 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice each croissant in half horizontally and lay them open on a baking sheet.

Spread half a tablespoon of Dijon mustard on each croissant's bottom half.
