  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water to reduce sodium content.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
