  • 0.5 cup Low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the butternut squash and cut it into 1-inch cubes, discarding the seeds.

Place the butternut squash cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
