  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 0.75 cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Light spread margarine

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in garlic powder.

Step 2

Add the plain non-fat Greek yogurt and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Place the dough back into the bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape each part into a ball.
