Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 cup Hot sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 12 buns Whole wheat slider buns
  • 3 sticks Celery sticks
  • 3 sticks Carrot sticks
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the low-sodium chicken broth over them.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
