  • 2 pieces whole wheat buns
  • 0.5 medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create four thin pieces. This helps to cook them evenly and quickly.

In a shallow bowl, combine whole wheat bread crumbs, ground flaxseed, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
