Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the zucchinis using a box grater or food processor. Place grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel, squeeze out the excess moisture, and transfer to a mixing bowl.
