  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 0 spray Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, rolled oats, parsley, onion, garlic, soy sauce, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
