Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 whole Lemon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season each chicken breast with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.

Step 3

Lay 2 slices of turkey bacon on a clean surface, slightly overlapping.

Step 4

Place a chicken breast on top of the bacon and wrap the bacon around the chicken. Repeat for the remaining chicken breasts.

Step 5

Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 6

Add the wrapped chicken breasts to the skillet, searing for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crisp and brown.
