  • 4 slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 4 slices Gouda Cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add turkey bacon strips to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
