Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 slices Turkey bacon
  • 8 large eggs worth Egg whites
  • 1 medium, diced Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup, fresh Spinach
  • 1 medium, sliced Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Step 2

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add olive oil. Add diced red bell pepper and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
