Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 large Egg whites
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 as needed Olive oil spray
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with olive oil spray.

Cook turkey bacon in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
