  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by boiling the eggs. Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover them with cold water by an inch. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once the water reaches a boil, cover the pan and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 9 minutes.

Step 2

While the eggs are cooking, slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork until it's smooth and creamy.

Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
