Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash them well with a fork until smooth and set aside.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
