  • 1 teaspoon Gojuchang seasoning or chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, freeze-dried edamame, and pumpkin seeds.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, low-sodium soy sauce, honey, and Gojuchang seasoning until well blended.
