  • 4 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the glaze.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or ziplock bag and pour half of the glaze over them. Reserve the remaining glaze for later.

Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
