Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a blender, combine the sweet corn kernels and almond milk. Blend until smooth.

Add the ground oats, egg, baking powder, and sea salt to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
