Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 1 small, diced Tomato
  • 0.5 medium, sliced Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season it with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Place the chicken breast on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
