  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons additional coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon additional ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, cream of tartar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and sea salt.

In a separate small bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
