Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded unsweetened coconut, and chia seeds (if using). Stir until evenly mixed.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the natural peanut butter and raw honey or maple syrup. Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until soft and easy to mix. Stir well to combine.
