  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 2
