  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces whole wheat burger buns
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 8 pieces tomato slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, red onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
